Competition Robotics for Coaches
Tomshin Pavel, coach of the national teams of Russia who scored in the WRO Russia Finals for the years 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2018 (regular category with EV3), comes to Greece, offering a unique course for WRO & FLL coaches, who want to upgrade their knowledge and learn all the secrets that will lead their teams to success!

ROBOTONIO has the chance to host one of the most experienced coaches in the world, in the World Robotics Olympics (WRO), Tomshin Pavel. Tomshin Pavel's teams representing Russia, have won many prizes in recent years in Russia's WRO national finals as well as in the world finals. Tomshin Pavel is also known for the material he regularly uploads on the Internet, with suggestions and ideas for advanced and useful algorithms, that impress even the most experienced coaches. The same course in the last few years has been conducted by Tomshin Pavel with great success in other countries, including Russia, Kazakhstan, UAE, Belarus, with the teams of these countries achieving excellent results in the WRO.
The course is best for team coaches participating in robotics competitions with LEGO EV3 Mindstorms (WRO Regular & FLL).
The lessons will be in English and will be valuable for teachers and coaches who are already familiar with EV3 programming (EV3-G) and would like to learn advanced techniques and secrets applied to robotics competition tasks. Basic principles in modeling, PID controllers in various functions (line following, smart and fast turns, alignment etc), advanced sensor and engine management algorithms, parametric navigation and, of course, many secrets the coaches need to know to guide properly their teams in robotics competitions, which year after year become more and more demanding.
Most of information and algorithms from this course are universal. You can use them not only at EV3-G language, but in other text languages, too. You even can use it at other chassis, not only Lego.

* The courses are aimed at coaches who already have knowledge about the EV3 programming, so the ideal is for each participant to come with his/her own equipment (EV3 - laptop). In case you can not come with your own equipment or miss some of the required parts, ROBOTONIO can give it to you. However, due to the fact that a certain number of equipment can be given by ROBOTONIO, you should indicate the equipment that you are going to bring, to the interest form above.
You need to close your participation by Friday, 04 Oct 2019. With your registration you will have to pay 200 € in advance. The remaining subscription (€ 340) must be paid by the start of the course.
